100% automatic return management with GoZero On Premise!

Together with partner PreZero and our beta customers we have developed the most sofisticated return management platform for companies.

What is this?

We have created our own hardware package built by one of our partners on top of Raspberry PI. We have made this package stand weather conditions like freeze, hot sun, rain and snow. We have made it use the 5G network so no WI-FI connections is neccessary.

We have also made it zero-config so the only thing you do as a customer is to plug it in the outlet (220V) and then we will do the rest.

This camera will then take pictures every 10th minute as standard and send those to the GoZero On Premise Platform. You can watch all incoming photos in the real time log in your dashboard to make sure it covers the correct area on your site.

Then you will have to connect this to the GoZero Return Management platform and enter the Camera Id in your locations in that dashboard.

Here we will use advanced AI technologies to analyze the contents of the image, we will then compare that with the previous image taken. Then we will know what has been added to the image and what has been removed. These items will be analyzed and categorized and matched with the suppliers you have.

The system will then send an e-mail notification with all the facts about the goods, the image itself and the address for the pickup. When the supplier has picked up the goods the system will try to match that automatically and mark is as picked up.

Why is this so good?

This is the first time we can manage return management without employees having to use an app to take pictures and enter a lot of information. Now this just happens and just works.

Is it expensive?

Yes, it is expensive to buy the camera (around 599 euro) and it is also expensive for the monthly fee for the Return Management platform using AI (around 499 euro / month). But if you think of it, let's say you get your return management going using this so instead of sending it to recycle and pay a lot of money for that you pay less for this anyway. Then you will get money back from your supplier or partner picking it up and that makes the deal great. 

So if you get some returns per month through the system it's already paid off. The ROI is incredible in this case because you svae money from not recycling, you get money by returning and you have zero employee cost taking pictures and doing the inventory.
